The New England Patriots have made another trade. This time it is moving DE Michael Bennett to the Dallas Cowboys. Adam Schefter and Jordan Schultz are reporting it is for a 7th round pick. The pick can turn into a 6th in 2021.
Bennett has been unhappy with his playing time and was suspended last week for his “philosophical difference” with his position coach. It’s been known that he wanted out and now his request is granted.
The Cowboys now have a very scary defensive end rotation that features Bennett, Demarcus Lawrence, Dorance Armstrong, Kerry Hyder, and Robert Quinn.
