Dalvin Cook Exits Monday Night Football With Shoulder Injury

Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook exited in the third quarter of Monday night’s game against the Seattle Seahawks due to a shoulder injury. He is questionable to return.

The injury occurred as Seahawks defensive end Rasheem Green punched the ball out of Cook’s hands, causing him to fumble. Wide receiver Stefon Diggs also went down on the play. Cook left under his own power but was taken straight to the locker room for further evaluation.

Cook appeared to have first injured the shoulder before halftime as he missed the final two plays of the second quarter. He came out for the second half before getting re-injured.

Prior to exiting, Cook had 29 yards on nine carries with a touchdown. He also caught three passes for 35 yards.
