DeSean Jackson To Play Week 1?, Reed Still In Protocol, Kroft & Burton

– Bills TE Tyler Kroft did not practice on Wednesday as he missed training camp and the preseason with a foot injury.  He was not placed on injured reserve so he should be available before midseason, according to Jos Buscaglia.

– Eagles WR DeSean Jackson will play Week 1 against the Redskins, according to head coach Doug Pederson per John Keim. Jackson broke his left ring finger in practice last week.

– Jets WR Robby Anderson practiced on Wednesday after dealing with a pulled calf, per Brian Costello.

– Redskins TE Jordan Reed remains in the league’s concussion protocol, according to Mike Garafolo.

– Bears TE Trey Burton is questionable for Thursday’s Week 1 opener against the Packers due to a mild groin strain. Jeff Dickerson reports he was limited in practice on Tuesday.
