Fantasy Football – Waiver Wire Week 7 / The Deja Vu Edition

I normally don’t like re-listing returning players but a couple guys warrant being highlighted again. This edition may give you a bit of deja vu but if you didn’t grab them before now, this is your last chance.

Quaerterback

Kirk Cousins – The Minnesota Vikings have started throwing the ball and Cousins has become fantasy relevant because of it. I doubt he will keep his play up for the rest of the year but he does have some nice matchups coming up to help with your bye weeks.

Sam Darnold – The Jets look so much better with Darnold under center. He has a tough Patriot defense this week but his 7 opponents after are all very QB friendly.

Running Back

Devin Singletary – The future of the Bills running game looks to be back this week against the worst team in the league, Miami. He will share time with Gore but is a guy that could be very useful toward the end of the year and into the playoffs.

Jamaal Williams – Williams is back from injury with a monster game for 136 combined yards and a TD. Both Green Bay backs have fantasy value and Williams needs to be owned.

Mark Walton – I’ve been going back and forth on this one because he’s a Dolphin, ultimately he passed the eyeball test. Walton had less carries than Drake but was the much better back on the field. He’s worth the grab in deeper leagues.

Wide Receiver

DeSean Jackson – I don’t like to re-list returning players but the Eagles need D-Jax back to extend the field. He is questionable again this week but someone in your league will pick him up.

Golden Tate – Tate is another name I’ve talked about that is still on waivers in almost half of the leagues out there. He was the lone bright spot for the Giants against New England. Shepard is doubtful this week so look for Tate to continue to build rapport with Daniel Jones in a nice matchup against Arizona.

Robby Anderson – With Darnold back Anderson had his first 100 yard game of the year. His 125 yard performance was capped off by a 92 yard score that highlighted Anderson’s big play ability.

Tight End

Hunter Henry – Henry returned from injury and had an elite 8 catch 100 yard game with 2 TD’s. If you didn’t listen last week and he is still available grab him and fire him up as a TE1 the rest of the way.

Defense

Buffalo – This is starting to turn into the who’s playing Miami section. The Bills next 5 games are very fantasy friendly including 2 versus Miami.
