49ers tight end George Kittle remains day to day after missing last night’s Monday Night Football game against the Seahawks.
San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan is hopeful his stud receiving TE will be ready for the team’s Week 11 game against the Cardinals.
Kittle suffered a knee injury in the 49ers’ Week 9 win over the Cardinals. The injury occurred during the beginning of the game after he took an inadvertent helmet shot from Chandler Jones. He returned and looked great but didn’t practice last week and missed Monday night’s game.
An MRI was performed last Friday, which revealed he was not dealing with a long-term injury, but showed injuries to his knee and ankle.
The 49ers lost in overtime on Monday night to the Seahawks 27-29. It was their first loss of the season and moved their record to 8-1.
