The Miami Dolphins are trading franchise left tackle Laremy Tunsil and wide receiver Kenny Stills to the Houston Texans in exchange for a huge package of picks, including a first-rounder, reports Ian Rapoport.
It’s been well known all week the Texans wanted Tunsil and were hoping to use star defensive end/linebacker Jadeveon Clowney to get him. However, that deal fell apart when Clowney didn’t want to go to Miami and the Texans ended up sending him to the Seattle Seahawks.
The fallout for the Dolphins trading Tunsil will be interesting as the Miami Herald reported the Dolphins locker room would revolt if Tunsil were moved since it would mark an obvious season long tanking.
