The Washington Redskins have signed CB Simeon Thomas, per Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.
Thomas was a practice squad member for the Seattle Seahawks before getting signed by Washington. He was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the 6th round of the 2018 NFL draft.
