Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green is considered day-to-day and the team will see if he can run on Wednesday.
Head coach Zac Taylor confirmed the news on Monday, indicating the team does not have plans to shut him down for the season.
Green was gearing up to make his season debut in Week 10 against the Ravens but experienced renewed swelling in his surgically-repaired ankle. He went through Cincinnati’s walkthrough but immediately left to get medical treatment.
Green, 31, is set to be a free agent after this season.
