Buccaneers linebacker Devin White was diagnosed with a Grade 1 MCL sprain in his knee, according to the team’s official website. He is considered day-to-day, per head coach Bruce Arians.
As reported here at NFLNews.co, the injury forced White from Thursday’s game against the Panthers and he did not return. Further testing on Friday revealed he has the least-severe MCL sprain possible.
White was selected fifth overall in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Bucs out of LSU. In July, he signed a four-year contract with Tampa Bay.
