The Arizona Cardinals have released veteran defensive end Andre Branch, per Adam Schefter.
The Cardinals signed Branch earlier this offseason to a one-year contract after he was released by the Miami Dolphins. Branch, 30, had very little interest in free agency and didn’t make it a full month in Arizona.
Last season, Branch only had 1.4 sacks in 14 games for the Dolphins.
The Cardinals will go with Terrell Suggs and Brooks Reed alongside Chandler Jones for the 2019 season.
