Decision Today On Whether Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger Needs Elbow Surgery

A decision is expected today on whether Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger will need elbow surgery, per Adam Schefter.

Roethlisberger wants to avoid it all costs, but ultimately doctors will decide whether or not that is even possible.

Roethlisberger exited the Steelers’ Week 2 game against the Seahawks with a right elbow injury. He tried to shake it out but was unable to return to the game. He was replaced by backup QB Mason Rudolph. Before leaving, Ben had completed 8-of-15 passing for 75 yards.

The Steelers lost the game and moved their record to 0-2.
