Eagles WR DeSean Jackson will undergo core muscle surgery Tuesday in Philadelphia.
Sunday was Jackson’s first game back since suffering an abdominal injury in Week 2 that he attempted to rehab. He re-aggravated the injury and this time, he will pursue surgical intervention.
The procedure is expected to sideline him for at least six weeks. There is still a possibility of him returning late in the regular season or for the playoffs.
