Falcons head coach Dan Quinn is currently being evaluated on a week-to-week basis and his future with the organization is very much in question.
Reports of his status surfaced in the hours leading up to the Falcons’ Week 10 game against the Saints, where they won 26-9 and improved to 2-7 on the season.
Sunday’s game was believed to be a key in the decision making of Falcons owner Arthur Blank, so the fact they won after being 13-point underdogs most certainly helped him salvage his job. At least for another week.
We also learned prior to Sunday’s game that Quinn has ceded the defensive play-calling to linebackers coach Jeff Ulbrich.
Quinn is currently in his fifth season as Falcons head coach. We have highlights from his post-game press conference embedded in the player above.
