Steelers QB Mason Rudolph was helped off the field during his Week 5 game against the Ravens on Sunday.
Rudolph was knocked out cold after being hit by Ravens S Earl Thomas. A stretcher and cart were brought out but Rudolph eventually got to his feet after the face mask was removed from his helmet.
The Steelers have announced Rudolph was diagnosed with a concussion and will not return.
Rudolph had competed 13 of 20 passes (65%) for 131 yards and a touchdown before going out with the injury. He was replaced by undrafted rookie Devlin Hodges.
