Teams would be willing to give up a first-round pick for Bengals WR A.J. Green should the team make him available, per Jason La Canfora.
Obviously Green, 31, would have to prove he is healthy first. He hasn’t played this season due to an ankle injury that he suffered in late July.
On Sept. 30, Adam Schefter reported Green is expected to be out at least through Week 6. So the way this would have to play out would be for Green to play after that, show that he is healthy and the Bengals be willing to move him to look towards the future.
Green is on the final year of a five-year, $70.176 million contract he signed in 2015.
