Vontaze Burfict Ejected For Brutal Head Shot

Oakland Raiders team captain, Vontaze Burfict, has been ejected for a brutal helmet to helmet shot. The hit was on a defenseless player, Colts TE Jack Doyle.

Burfict has quite the reputation for his overly aggressive play style. After this hit many fans and reporters are calling for his expulsion from the league.

USA Today’s Doug Farrer tallies Burfict’s  total suspensions to date at 10 while playing 77 games. He has been fined over $4 million.

The NFL will likely hand down a potent punishment.
