Green hasn’t played this season after suffering torn ligaments in his ankle in the offseason. Today marks the first time he’s done any kind of work since July 27.
Green is not expected to play in Week 6 but he’s looking better for a possible return in Week 7. He could be a trade candidate given Cincinnati’s woes, however, he will first have to show that he is healthy.
