The talented RB Melvin Gordon, currently in a contract hold-out with the Las Angeles Chargers, appeared in a video chat with his followers on Instagram to comment on his current status.

Gordon said that he’s “going to play this somewhere” this season and that “it would be a waste of talent” if he did not. To put more gas on a fire, Gordon also commented on the 12-4 (+ post-season) season that the Chargers had last season, saying that the 2018 campaign “was good, but nobody cared“.

Gordon, currently seeking a Gurley-level deal ($13-14M annually), was drafted by the Chargers in 2015 with the 15th overall pick. In his short career, the young back has already made 2 Pro-Bowls while averaging 907 yards-rushing, 394 yards-receiving, and 7 TDs per season.
