As reported earlier here on NFLNews.co, linebacker Terrell Suggs has been waived by the Arizona Cardinals. An interesting situation is developing as Suggs only wants to play for the Baltimore Ravens and will strongly consider not reporting to other teams who claim him.
Suggs, 37, began his career with the Ravens and wants to finish his career in Baltimore. Suggs can be claimed at 4 PM EST on Monday.
Suggs was selected tenth overall by the Ravens in 2003, where he went on to play the next 16 seasons. He won Super Bowl XLVII with Baltimore and made the Pro Bowl seven times. He had seven sacks last year but the Ravens let him go to sign with the Cardinals. He signed a one-year contract worth $7 million but finished with 5.5 sacks and four forced fumbles through 13 games.
